I wanted to give you a brief update on the Bank’s performance over the past 18 months.
Last year was a landmark year for The Co-operative Bank. We celebrated our 150th anniversary and began to implement the ‘Growth and Efficiency’ phase of our strategy to transform the Bank. As a result, we have built a strong and resilient financial foundation that enables us to support your business needs.
Our work this year has showcased our commitment to supporting and investing in our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy.
I’m delighted to share with you our key performance highlights over the last 18 months, ESG achievements and what we’ve been doing so far this year.
